Any goods received in error, damaged upon receipt or missing from your order, please contact our Customers Service team for assistance.
If your goods are damaged on delivery, you must sign for them “Damaged” so that we can claim from the carrier and issue you with a replacement.
Any claims for shortages must be made within 2 days.
Goods & Packaging
We are only able to accept goods back that are sealed, unused and in the original packaging. Please ensure these are wrapped up and boxed carefully to ensure we received them in a resaleable condition.
Where goods are ordered incorrectly, you will need to arrange returns through your own means, however we can arrange collection through our courier, but this would incur a standard collection fee of £10.99 (ex VAT).

Upon safe receipt and inspection of the goods returned to us, the returns documentation will be signed and approved by our Returns Team and then passed to the Account Department to authorise a credit/Refund. Any deductions for the courier collection services will be taken into account at this point. Your refund will be made to you within 14 working days of us receiving the goods, in line with consumer contract regulations.
PAYMENTS & PRICING
All UK Educational Sector Organisations receive immediate 30 Days Credit facilities.
All prices are quoted in British Pound Sterling.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted exclude Value Added Tax (“VAT”). Any such VAT shall be charged in accordance with the relevant regulations in force at the time of the order.
When paying for your order, we want to ensure that your transaction is completely simple and totally secure.
The goods shall be payable at the prices listed on the website at the time of the ordering.
We take reasonable care to ensure that all prices advertised on our site are correct. We reserve the right to change any prices advertised on our site and to add, alter, or remove special offers on our site from time to time.
Payment for goods and any related delivery or shipping charges must be made when you are prompted to make such payment during the order process.
We will not deliver any goods to you until we have received payment in full for the goods and any associated charges.
We shall only accept the methods of payment stipulated on our site.
We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express.

Payment can also be made in advance by BACS.
